MEET ME

Hi I'm Beth. I'm the kind of person you want to work out with. I am fully qualified in Fitness and Sports Massage Therapy and I bring a friendly human touch to every session. I understand your limitations and will push you right up to them - but never beyond - because your health and wellbeing are always my top priority! 

When I'm not in the gym, I'm living life to the fullest while training for Hyrox Events across the country. I also love getting outdoors, especially paddleboarding and taking part in other watersports.  Check out the reviews from people whose lives have been enhanced by working alongside me.

Sports massage isn’t just for athletes. It’s designed to ease muscle tension, reduce pain and help your body move more freely — whether you train regularly or just feel tight and achy.

Sports Massage

I worked with Beth for 12 weeks to rebuild my confidence in the gym, and she was amazing from the start. She focused on improving my form and helping me feel comfortable training independently again.

Through our sessions, I learned how to move safely and built a strong foundation for structuring my own workouts. More importantly, Beth helped restore my confidence—I now feel completely comfortable going to the gym on my own and have fallen back in love with training.

I started personal training with Beth two and a half years ago after over a decade away from exercise, dealing with muscle weakness and fatigue. I was nervous and lacked confidence, but Beth immediately put me at ease, tailoring every session to how I felt and keeping me motivated.

Her supportive, flexible approach helped me rebuild strength safely and progress without feeling overwhelmed. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her.
